The construction of developmental Centre cum school building is under construction at Pahlipora Semthan Bijbehara. The Foundation stone of the building was laid by His Excellency the Governor of J&K on 4th August 2014. Due to the floods the construction work was hampered for one year as the procured cement and other material was washed away due to flood waters.. The first story was converted into the open basement to save the building from floods. The main Column work for basement plus two stories is complete. Slab work for basement and 1st story is complete now the slab for 3rd story is under process. The Total area of the school is approximately 6000 Sft.

For the Partial Completion of Rehabilitation & Resource Centre for Persons with Disabilities Humanity Welfare Organization Helpline approached Azim Premji Foundation and agreed to Support the Construction with a onetime Support of Rs. 61, 36, 400 towards the Construction of Rehabilitation & Resource Centre for Persons with Disabilities.

Humanity Welfare Organization Successfully completed the 2 Floors comprising of more than 15 rooms and 6 Washrooms fully accessible. Humanity Welfare Organization Helpline aims to complete the 100% construction of rehabilitation center for children with disabilities. The brick work, windows, plastering, white washing of walls, Tile Work in ramp and Flooring of Top floor including the roofing of the building is incomplete for which there is a estimation of Cost of Rs. 70.0 Lacs ( Approx. as on June 21).
