Javed Ahmad Tak
Chairman

Mr. Javed Ahmad Tak became a victim of armed conflict in Kashmir. A single bullet hit in his spine and changed his life. The amount of Rs. 75000/-, he received as ex- gretia relief from the government, against his disability was spent on the first activities of the organization. After Injury Javed didn't gave up and continued his studies he was regular student of Master in Social Work in Kashmir University and completed his Degree as a topper. Javed has also completed one Year Diploma in Human Right and Computer Applications from IGNOU. 2 Year Special B.Ed was also completed by Javed in 2013.

Dr. Mehmood Ahmad Khan
Vice Chairman

Born in Sallar hamlet in world famous Pahalgam Health resort, Dr. Mahmood started his basis education in the local government school and completed class 10th. Continuing senior secondary schooling from Bijbehara Dr. Mahmood completed B.A from Degree College Khanabal and joined University of Kashmir for P.G Education. Showing best performance in Kashmir University Dr. Mahmood completed M. Phil and Doctorate from the University and during doctorate he was selected as lecturer education in Govt Higher Secondary School Utrusoo Shangus and thereafter Assistant professor in Government Degree college Poonch. Performing the services in Education department and higher Education department for some time, Dr. Mahmood was selected as assistant professor in Department of Education where he was earlier a student. Due to better service records Dr. Mahmood was selected as Additional Professor in the Department of education and Finally the Professor in Department of education. Dr. Mahmood is known for his Honesty and social services and has received a number of appreciations and mementos.

Dr. Mahmood has wrote number of papers and has been the author for few Journals. Dr. Mahmood has participated in number of workshops related to disability Rights. For past 5 years Dr. Mahmood has been acting as Honorary Vice Chairman of Humanity Welfare Organization Helpline.

Aadil Rashid Vaid
Gen. Secretary 

At 21, Mr. Aadil Rashid Vaid from Anantnag village in Qazibagh near, in south Kashmir is a well known figure. Mr. Aadil is already a Fellow of the Jamsetji Tata National Virtual Academy. He has completed a computer course from NIIT  and Bachelors Degree in Arts from University of Kashmir . Mr. Aadil is also actively engaged with the activities of the organisation from 2004. Mr. Aadil sees education and the ability to earn a better livelihood as a solution to the ills of his land. He is also constantly striving to better his abilities. Mr. Aadil has participated in workshops for learning personality development skills, social mapping of villages, and the art of making and using puppets for social mobilization. Mr. Aadil uses puppetry to market all the courses that his centre conducts for children and women. He also does marketing for education, health and livelihood. Mr. Aadil has competency in environmental protection and networking at the grassroots level and is looking at the possibility of linking eco-friendly sustainable livelihoods for women with their empowerment at the village level. Mr. Aadil Rashid Vaid has always worked on fund raising for the development of organization.

Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Gatoo 
Coordinator Programmes

Bachelors in Dental Surgery, Dr Zahoor is presently post at Sub District Mattan. He is actively involved in Programmes of the Organization and always helps organization in issues with the mental and Physical Health of Children with Disabilities. Has conducted free oro-dental check-ups for children in rural areas.

Ms. Samiya Jan
Supervisor

Masters in Human Development from Kashmir University has also completed B.Ed.; Ms. Samiya was working in Social Welfare Department as Supervisor and has bagged many awards for working on Nutritional issues among children enrolled in ICDS Centers. Presently Samiya is working as Government Teacher at Government Middle School Dantar Anantnag. Samiya has played a vital role in Fund raising for the Organization and is actively involved in the activities of the Organization.

Ms. Arifa Majeed
Secretary

Arifa Majeed was born with Polio diseases and has lived a tough life during the schooling. Being Polio affected Arifa did not lost his hope and completed her masters Degree in Education from University of Kashmir as a regular Student. After Completing Masters in education Arifa was selected as Teacher in Government Department. Arifa has worked as voluntarily in Pulse Polio Immunization programmes organized by Health Department. Arifa was visiting Door to door to give Immunization to children on Pulse Polio Abiyan.

Mr. Tariq Bashir
Convener

Tariq Bashir was Born Blind and is the First Blind Lecturer of Jammu and Kashmir in Government Higher Secondary School Nowgam. Tariq Bashir was born in a hilly far flung area of Jammu and Kashmir. As a Blind Tariq has completed Masters in History, B .Ed NET and SET Qualifier. Despite Braille was not available in Schools and Colleges, despite all these hurdles and speed breakers Tariq competed with Normal Students at University and always bagged Ist Position in all Exams. Tariq is involved in advocacy programmes of organization and Education of Blind Children at National and State Level
