Rambhau Malghi Prabodhni Mumbai organised two days programme on capacity building programme cum ability show under the Tag Shusasan Sangam. The aim of the programme was to build the capacity of youth through various programmes run by government departments, nongovernmental organisations and individuals for the betterment of country. Role models doing extra ordinary work for upliftment of underprivileged classes were also invited to explain their initiatives. Honorary Chairman Humanity Welfare organisation Helpline NGO waa one of the speaker Javed Ahmad Tak explained how he established Humanity Welfare organisation Helpline and Zaiba Aapa Institute of Inclusive Education and gave focus on empowering the disable people in J&K He explained rather than giving different good names persons with disabilities need Quality Education, Employement, Reasonable Accommodation and civil political rights. In addition Tak suggested that Sushasan or good governance can be created when there is no discrimination on grounds of religion and economic status. Prime Minister of India has also suggested on Accessible India Campaign and all buildings of public importance including Rambhau Malghi Prabodhni needs to be made accessible and friendly for the persons with disabilities, Tak added
