Meeting with Principal Session Judge Lower Court Srinagar

A meeting was organized in the Honorable Principal Sessions Judge Srinagar chamber – Mrs. Kaneez Fatima on disability issues. A delegation of disable people under the leadership of Javed Ahmad Tak met the Principal sessions Judge Mrs. Kaneez Fatima and discussed various issues like posting of employed disable people in their native areas so that they don’t feel inconvenience in travelling. In addition the reservations in promotions for persons with disabilities were discussed. Madam Kaneez Fatima assured of introduction of Ramps and wheel chair in Lower Court and allied courts in district Srinagar within one month. Honorable District and Sessions Judge also said that Courts will work on fast tract mechanism to serve Justice to the old-aged and disable persons. The PIL filed in J&K High Court through our organization was also discussed. Advocate Faisal and Advocate Sajad were consulted for furthering the process in
